Free curbside pick-up is available for those living in the lower mainland Vancouver. Please select the "I'll pick it up myself" option when purchasing. You will be notified by email when your order is ready for pick up and I will give you the directions.

Orders will be shipped within 2-3 days of payment being received unless it is a custom or pre-order or painting

*This time can be extended at peak times such as Christmas.

Canada Post is my main shipping provider, and there are a few options for shipping within Canada and worldwide.

Exchanges:

Exchanges will only be issued for faulty or damaged products within 30 days of purchase. I need to be notified within 24hours of you receiving your faulty or damaged order. Please email:sarahmccluream@gmail.com with images of the faulty or damaged product.

 

Exchanges will only be made on orders that have selected tracked shipping. Within Canada "Regular Parcel" offers tracked shipping.

For international "tracked packet international" is the ONLY option that includes tracking.

I have also included "international parcel Air" and "Small packet international air" to offer lower-cost options for international shipping, but unfortunately, I am not able to offer exchanges or refunds for these shipping options.

As I make everything hand made and in small batches I cannot guarantee that the replacement will be an identical replica, but it will be as close as I can make it. 

Please choose your items carefully as I cannot offer a return or exchange for changing your mind.
